Portuguese silver hallmarked toiletry bag, 1920s. Handcrafted silver mesh body with delicate spherical pendants on the lower edge and a rigid structure with the original clasp. Perfect condition.


 It bears the marking “B.5.300”, corresponding to the official goldsmith's registration at the Portuguese Assay Office, an old system that certifies the authenticity of silver. Unlike German productions, made on a large scale, Portuguese bags are rarer, handcrafted, and highly collectible.
